Traditional Pasta Salad


  • Cooked and cooled pasta penne or screws
  • Tomatoes (for two people half of a medium tomato is enough, but if you want more sauce, put more)
  • Feta cheese (put in as much as you like)
  • 1 clove of garlic or a little dried grinded
  • pepper
  • very little salt (because of the feta cheese)
  • oregano
  • olive oil


  • Pepper (same as the feta, as much as you like)
  • Pitted Olives



Put all ingredients for sauce in a food processor, process and add to the pasta, stir and it is ready.
